If you haven't yet, first contribute a problem statement.

Read the problem statements of others and comment on the voting thread with a number from 1 to 6 for every other person's problem statement. This table will eventually summarize the results.

Here's the rubric for the numeric scale:

0: This is my problem statement.
1: This is a rewording of my problem statement.
2: This overlaps almost entirely with my problem statement.
3: I care about this problem.
4: This doesn't seem like a big problem.
5: This is fine, I don't think it is a problem.
6: This statement is alien to me, I don't understand it.
